Q. How are my goods shipped & how quickly can I get my order?

All goods are shipped once payments is confirmed by Australia Post. As a guide transit times, use the following:
Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane Metro - Up to 2- working days.
Adelaide Metro - up to 5 - working days.
Perth, Darwin Metro - Up to 5 - working days.
All other areas - Up to 5 - working days.

Delivery is via registered post and will require a signature on delivery. Please Note: All registered post will require a signature on arrival. If you are not available, you will be left notification in your letter box and your item/s will be located at your local post office for collection. All online customers will receive a shipping advice notification once their order has been dispatched. On that notification a tracking number will appear.

Q. What are the shipping costs?

Delivery is free, including international orders. All items are shipped with Australia Post and include up to $100 insurance for your peace of mind. Insurance value is increased based on the value of your order.
